Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

The item must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@pixiperfection.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect each order before shipment, but we recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 5 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns. Please note:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
